When most people hear the term Feng Shui, they picture simple magazine tips — move a chair, add a plant, place a symbolic object — and expect life to change overnight. But real Feng Shui runs much deeper.

Each home, apartment, or workplace carries its own energy signature — its personality — that profoundly affects the people who live or work there. Just as no two people are alike, no two spaces are the same. The best results come when we study the distinct characteristics of the space and align them with the aspirations, needs, and goals of its inhabitants.

One of the most powerful and complex methods to understand these hidden dynamics is Flying Star Feng Shui.

 

What Is Flying Star Feng Shui?

Flying Star Feng Shui, or Xuan Kong Fei Xing, is a highly advanced school of Feng Shui that blends time and space to analyze how invisible life forces shape our environment.

Unlike the Form or Compass schools, Flying Stars takes into account not only the compass orientation of a building but also the year it was constructed. This creates a unique, dynamic chart for the property.

The chart reveals the flow of energy patterns called “stars,” which shift yearly, monthly, and even daily. These shifting stars influence all the main areas of life:  Wealth and career opportunities, Health and vitality, Relationships and harmony within the household, Harmony and balance.

Because time is an essential factor in this method, through the consultation we can forecast events and guide practical actions — from the ideal timing of renovations to avoiding disturbances that might trigger negative influences to utilizing and strengthening the positive influences ahead.

 

How it Works

Every property is divided into nine sectors, each influenced by specific stars.

  • Two “fixed” or birth stars remain constant in each sector.
  • A third Dynamic star that moves with time and interact with the fixed stars.

The way these stars combine determines whether a sector is supportive or challenging for the people living there.

In addition, a practitioner considers the Ming Gua (personal energy number) of the residents and their aspirations to fine-tune the analysis.  When done correctly, Flying Star Feng Shui can create results that are both powerful and sometimes even immediate.

  2. I then prepare a written consultation with tailored recommendations, backed by reasoning and analysis.
  3. In a follow-up meeting, I explain the suggestions in detail, ensuring they are practical and easy to apply.

I do not sell or force clients to buy “exotic cures”. If someone enjoys having symbolic objects in their home, they are of course welcome to include them — but my recommendations do not depend on such items. Instead, I work with what is already available in the space.

The consultation covers all key areas of life, including:

  • Relationships and family harmony
  • Creativity and self-expression
  • Overall quality of life and inner balance

You may consider this breadth of coverage an added bonus of working with me, since the consultation is designed to support every main dimension of your life.

Clients can stay with this initial consultation, or they may choose to have an annual follow-up. Since the stars shift every year and life circumstances evolve, an annual review ensures your environment remains aligned with your goals. This is offered at a basic fee of 50€ — much like an annual check-up with a doctor.

Services & Fees

The fee for an initial consultation depends on the type and size of the property.
For a one-level apartment or home, the fee typically ranges from €180–220 + VAT, while for maisonettes or two-level homes it is €250–300 + VAT. Commercial spaces, such as shops or offices, are usually €250–350 + VAT due to their increased complexity.  For larger commercial properties, buildings, or very complex cases, the fee is determined upon request.

The above fees include: the initial visit, the detailed written report, the follow-up visit as well as support during your adaptation period. (We are not interior designers, but we can help you make the most of the decorative items you already have and the colors you love!)
